You are invited to the Mountain Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 8th; event will take place at DuBose Conference Center, 635 College Street, Monteagle, TN. Booth spaces feature a wide variety of products that include arts & crafts, food, and direct sales; a light meal will be available in the Dining Hall ($5 donation suggested, but not required)..

We encourage everyone to support your community. This is an opportunity to shop early and shop local for your Christmas and holiday gifts! Booths will be open for business from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. CDT. Admission and Parking are Free!

Vendor Guidelines (be a good neighbor!):

  1. Cost of Vendor Registration is any size bag of flour, bag of sugar, OR paper towels for donation to the Grundy County Food Bank. Bring this to the bazaar with you.

  2. Help promote the bazaar by putting up a flyer in your business / posting on social media

  3. Arrive between 8:00am and 8:30a (venue opens at 8:00a, event starts at 8:30a)

  4. You'll have available an 8-foot table + 2 chairs; bring your own tablecloths + table decorations

  5. When event is finished (2:30p): Clean your space, breakdown your table / put up your chair, take your trash to the dumpster

  6. Departure time is 20 minutes after event end (event ends at 2:30p, departure is by 2:50p, venue closes at 3:00p). Please note: you are expected to stay for the duration of the event.
