Make it a Getaway

Individuals may request a room reservation at DuBose for personal retreats, area event lodging, or as they visit other attractions on the Mountain. "Overnighter" reservations with DuBose are booked as availability allows. As rooms are often limited, particularly on weekends, it is suggested that you reserve at least one or two weeks in advance of your stay. Walk up reservations are not accepted.

Lodging accommodations may be requested by filling out the form below, by emailing DuBose Guest Services at emilyg@duboseconferencecenter.org, or by calling the DuBose office at 931.924.2353.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8a to 4p Central Standard Time.

Booking for more than 12 people? Please fill out our 'Plan Your Event' page! Booking for 12 or more people enables you to take advantage of a few extra reservation options, including meeting spaces, meal / coffee service, campfire usage, and reserved pool blocks.

Due to prior staffing commitments, DuBose will uphold the following policies for Overnighter Reservations:

Payment Policy: Reservations are considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and processed by DuBose.

Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled sooner than two weeks prior your stay, you will be issued a 50% refund. After the two week window has begun, there will be no refund issued for cancellations. No exceptions.

Smoking Policy: Facilities and lodging at DuBose are non-smoking. Two designated outdoor smoking areas are available on-site.

Pet Policy: Only certified service animals are permitted on property. DuBose requests that an individual provide advance notice if a service animal will be staying with you so that appropriate staffing can be arranged. Individuals traveling with non-certified pets are encouraged to contact a pet boarding facility in the area.
